Someone who can collaborate with team members and provide leadership to achieve sales targets. We are searching for an individual who has familiarity with door-to-door sales techniques and strategies while possessing strong Leadership skills with the ability to work independently.     REQUIREMENTS:

    STUDENT MENTALITY / COACHABILITY / MUST HAVE A HUNGER TO LEARN

    MUST BE A COMMITTED INDIVIDUAL

    (DESIRED) Sales Experience (5 years or more)

    (DESIRED) Solar Experience (2 years or more)

    Reliable Transportation

    Must know how to self generate appointments

    Cell Phone AND Laptop/Tablet for showing Proposals.

    MUST be comfortable with In-home presentations.

    MUST Attend and Pass Sales Consultant Training program.

    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Market Clark Energies and Set-up new clientele

    Teach new hires how to Canvass and schedule appointments

    Teach new hires how to Consult potential clientele at pre-scheduled appointments

    Host weekly Team and Consultant Meetings

    Will learn and implement generating leads through multiple methods- including, but not limited to: direct sales, door-to-door, referrals, online selling, community events, and social media

    Educate homeowners on positive effects of Solar energy including cost savings, clean energy benefits, and worthwhile investment to clients' home.
