We are hiring a Solar Sales Appointment setter for our strong Phoenix Team! Power 22's solar leadership that has been in business for over a decade and grown two companies to over millions in sales and is now focusing their attention on hypergrowth for their Phoenix market. Power 22 is in 3 markets across 2 states and looking for amazing people to join our growing team in this multi-billion dollar industry!

    You will be responsible for working with local homeowners informing consumers on the benefits of solar and setting up follow-up appointments for our Sales Consultants (closers). Your responsibilities are going door to door to find prospective customers and create interest!

     

    YES, WE ARE PAYING YOU TO JUST START CONVERSATIONS THAT LEAD TO A QUALIFIED HOMEOWNER BEING INTERESTED IN A CONSULTATION.

     

    There is no experience necessary for this position. We will train you our way from the CEO who built 2 multi-million dollar companies- He loves to coach, if you're willing to listen!

     

    COMPENSATION:

    Pay is $17 PER HOUR PLUS A COMMISSION PLAN.

    • Weekly payout of $612 for salary
    • Average commission per week $585
    • TOTAL WEEKLY PAY: $1,197 ON AVERAGE
    • TOP PRODUCERS GET $1,550 PER WEEK ON AVERAGE

    SCHEDULE:

    • Monday-Saturday schedule, no late evenings, and flexible schedule.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Go and knock door-to-door
    • Educated prospects about the benefits of going solar
    • Become a solar knowledge expert overtime
    • Set follow-up appointments with Sales Consultants (closers)
    • Help customers lower their current energy bill

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Ability to build rapport
    • Positive Go-getter attitude
    • Detail-oriented
    • Coachable
    • Come hungry to grow your career
    • Previous sales experience/customer service is a plus
    • Be self-accountable for meeting company and individual goals.
    • Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time (5-6 hours on average).
    • Effective communication and follow-up with the team!
