    We are seeking a dynamic Solar Project Coordinator to join our team and play a critical role in the successful execution of solar projects from conception to completion.

    Position Overview

    The Solar Project Coordinator will manage and coordinate all aspects of solar projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams, including engineers, contractors, and clients.

    Key Responsibilities

    Project Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of solar projects, tracking progress, resolving issues, and ensuring milestones are met.

    Team Coordination: Collaborate with engineers, designers, contractors, and other stakeholders to streamline project workflows.

    Documentation: Maintain accurate project records, including permits, contracts, schedules, and budgets.

    Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and addressing concerns throughout the project lifecycle.

    Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company policies.

    Vendor Management: Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

    Problem-Solving: Identify potential challenges and implement proactive solutions to keep projects on track.

    Qualifications

    Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field preferred.

    Experience:

    2+ years of experience in project coordination, preferably in the solar or renewable energy industry.

    Familiarity with solar permitting, design, and installation processes is a plus.

    Skills:

    Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Monday.com) and Microsoft Office Suite.

    Knowledge of local and federal solar regulations and incentives.
