We’re seeking an outside sales representative to identify new target solar buyers and educate them on how solar can save them money. The ideal candidate is a service-oriented outside sales expert who can prospect, present, and close deals efficiently. Responsibilities: • Secure new deals and target buyers quickly, give them the information they need to envision our brand and close deals efficiently • Present a win-win solution for the prospect, negotiate sales contract specifics, and close deals • Qualify prospective customers quickly by fact-finding to identify decision-makers, pain points, competition, budget, timeline, and other potential obstacles • Initiate outgoing cold calling and emailing to potential customers, schedule in-person sales appointments, and follow up on client requests for information • Exceed monthly and quarterly revenue expectations and meet sales and lead generating activities goals to ensure future business Qualifications: • You love talking and meeting with prospects, presenting to them, closing the deal, and asking for referrals • High school diploma required and some industry or product knowledge preferred • At least 2 years of outside sales experience preferred • You are an organized, detail and deadline-oriented self-starter who loves contributing your team’s goals • A consistent top performer in sales Compensation: $80,500 - $350,000 yearly
