    Job Description

    As a Solar Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for generating leads, conducting sales presentations, and closing deals to help homeowners and businesses transition to solar energy. You will play a key role in driving our mission of making solar energy accessible and affordable for everyone. You will be working from a retail showroom where there are over 30,000 customers shopping per week.

    Key Responsibilities

    Identify and generate new sales opportunities through various channels, including referrals, cold calling, and networking.

    Conduct in-home or virtual consultations with potential customers to assess their energy needs and provide tailored solar solutions.

    Present and explain the benefits of solar energy, including financial savings, environmental impact, and energy independence.

    Prepare and present detailed proposals and quotes, addressing customer questions and concerns.

    Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with company policies.

    Stay up-to-date with industry trends, solar products, and competitors.

    Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up with customers to ensure a smooth installation process.

    Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

    Qualifications

    Proven sales experience, preferably in solar, renewable energy, or a related field.

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.

    Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner.

    Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a passion for renewable energy and sustainability.

    Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

    Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.

    Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

    Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

    Profecent English speaker (Bilingual is a plus)

    Additional Information: 1-3 Year experience in sales and/or Solar is required.
