    Job Description:

    As a Solar Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business, educating customers about the benefits of solar energy, and guiding them through the sales process. You’ll play a crucial role in promoting renewable energy solutions and supporting our mission of sustainability.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Engage with potential customers through various channels (in-person, phone, events) to generate leads and discuss solar solutions.

    Conduct thorough needs assessments to recommend customized solar options tailored to customer requirements.

    Present information on solar products, financing options, and federal, state, and local incentives.

    Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales cycle.

    Collaborate with the installation and finance teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

    Stay updated on industry trends and product offerings to effectively communicate advantages to customers.

    Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals.

    Qualifications:

    Previous sales experience (preferred but not required).

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
