    Responsibilities:

    • Consult & Close: Handle high-quality leads while proactively building your own book of business.

    • Master Cold Calling & Lead Conversion: Engage prospects and turn conversations into closed deals.

    • Hit Your Numbers: Close a minimum of 12 deals per month using our proven system.

    • Own Your Pipeline: Utilize CRM tools to track performance, manage follow-ups, and optimize your close rate.

    • Be a Brand Ambassador: Represent the company brand with integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to customer success.

    What We Need From You:

    • Solar Sales Mastery: 2+ years of proven success in solar sales with strong closing metrics.

    • Communication Excellence: Ability to build trust, handle objections, and guide customers to confident decisions.

    • Cold Calling Skills: Must be comfortable and effective at prospecting and outbound calling.

    • Driven & Results-Oriented: A self-motivated closer who thrives on hitting and exceeding sales targets.

    • Professional & Friendly Demeanor: You must exude confidence, professionalism, and integrity.

    • Proven Closer: You've crushed solar sales before and have the metrics to prove it.
