If you are a self-starter with strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to plan and schedule to a tee you are the perfect fit for this role. Your previous experience will help you deliver the onboarding process for our company. You will be a middle man and work directly with our HR department to prescreen, set interviews, and hire in all departments. The Recruiter is responsible for delivering consistent and appropriate content to the new and existing team members. Also, to educate them on their job duties and to improve their understanding of all job postings. This position will be located at our headquarters in Knoxville, TN.

Responsibilities for Recruiter:
· Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
· Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings
· Take ownership of candidate experience by designing and managing it including but not limed to Developing job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements
· Perform reference checks as need
· Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and making sure all new hire paperwork get completed on time to do the screenings
· Manage onboarding and new hire process
· Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices
· Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process
· Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations
Qualifications for Recruiter:
· 1 years of Recruiting Experience preferred
· 2 years of Office Experience Required
· Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
· Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust
· Excellent organizational and time management skills
· Comfortable making decisions independently
· Working knowledge of applicant tracking and HRIS systems
· Ability to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of stakeholders
· Proficient in Microsoft Office
· Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods
· Professionalism, great work ethic, and problem solving
· To be thorough and pay attention to detail
· Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
· Customer centric, professional, positive, and self-motivated attitude
