SOLAR CANVASSING MANAGER

Effective candidates who can recruit individuals with a positive attitude and coach canvassers to schedule qualified appointments to learn more about solar.

POSITION SUMMARY:

As a manager for our Canvassing team in Bakersfield, CA, you will oversee predetermined residential areas in a thriving industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

. Recruitment of Canvassing Reps

. Training of new hires

· D2D marketing to secure appointments

· Proper use of CRM and canvassing software to keep track of all your daily prospecting

· Complete understanding of the industry to properly educate and serve homeowners

· Thorough review of homeowner’s utility bill to identify yearly consumption and illustration of how to mitigate waste.

· Conduct professional presentations to educate homeowners on solar benefits.

· Run soft-credit check with confidence

· Assure all company guidelines are met to the fullest and all meetings are attended in a timely manner.

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:

· Residential D2D sales experience is a plus

· Full Time availability (evening and weekends a must)

· Excellent communication skills, positive attitude, high level of confidence, self-directed & motivated, awesome time management, strong ethical standards

· Capable of working well under pressure, maintaining high energy levels, and practicing exceptional critical thinking skills.

· Proven ability to follow directions and stay on task

· Industry experience preferred but willing to train

· Can exude confidence, excellent listener, authoritative, and convincing

· Good driving record
