    Job Description

    Solera provides technological solutions across 90 different countries relating to the automobile life cycle solution industry. You will be providing top-notch auto mobile insurance related customer service to large insurance companies across the country!

    MUST BE BASED IN THE JACKSONVILLE FL AREA

    The State Farm customer service representative answers incoming calls from State Farm policyholders, agents, and glass retailers to file auto glass only claims.

    The CSR provides help in locating a shop, dispatches the work order to the shop and clarifies any questions regarding the claim handling process.

    Job Overview:

    • $13.50 /hour
    • Potential performance bonus
    • Full time schedule
    • MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK ANY SHIFT ASSIGNED BY MANAGEMENT BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 8AM-9PM 7 DAYS A WEEK WITH 2 DAYS OFF (ONE WEEKEND DAY IS MANDATORY)
    • Training on site and then work from home.
