    Job Description

    -----------TRAINING STARTS MONDAY APRIL 11TH----------

     

    The State Farm customer service representative answers incoming calls from State Farm policyholders, agents, and glass retailers to file auto glass only claims.

    The CSR provides help in locating a shop, dispatches the work order to the shop and clarifies any questions regarding the claim handling process.

    Job Overview:

    -$13.50 /hour

    -Full time schedule

    -MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK ANY SHIFT ASSIGNED BY MANAGEMENT BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 9AM-9PM 7 DAYS A WEEK WITH 2 DAYS OFF (ONE WEEKEND DAY IS MANDATORY)

    -No cold calling, no sales, no collections

    -Bi-weekly pay
