Position
Job Description
Customer requirement analysis and coordination with core developers in software optimization
Solution integration support to customer system
Developing front-end software interoperating with customer system
Ensuring and optimization of system in customer environment
Troubleshooting and system management (System operation analysis such as log and database)
Software functional test and verification
On-site customer support (International travel may be required)
Requirement and perferred experience
3 year+ field experience
BS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience
Understanding and experience with cloud computing (SaaS, Docker, Kubernetes)
Experience with Database operation and management (MSSQL, PostgreSQL)
Experience with Software development and programming language (such as Python, Java)
Understanding network topology and architecture including firewall
Understanding of network and web related protocol (such as TCP/IP, UDP, HTTP, HTTPS, routing protocol)
