    Job Summary The Technical Specialist (AUTOMATION ANYWHERE) at HCL is responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of automation solutions using AUTOMATION ANYWHERE technology. The specialist will play a key role in optimizing processes, improving efficiencies, and driving automation initiatives within the organization. (1.) Key Responsibilities

    1. Develop and deploy automation solutions using automation anywhere technology.
    2. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and gather requirements.
    3. Design, configure, and test automation workflows to meet business needs.
    4. Provide technical support and troubleshoot any issues related to automation solutions.
    5. Conduct training sessions and create documentation for automation processes.
    6. Stay updated on the latest automation anywhere features and recommend improvements.

    Skill Requirements

    1. Proficiency in automation anywhere development and implementation.
    2. Strong understanding of process automation and workflow design principles.
    3. Experience in identifying automation opportunities and defining requirements.
    4. Knowledge of scripting languages and automation best practices.
    5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    6. Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
    7. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

    Certifications: AUTOMATION ANYWHERE Certification is preferred.

    RPA Automation Anywhere Solution Architect (Exp: 10+ years) Certification needed – Automation Anywhere Certified Advanced RPA Professional & Automation Anywhere Certified Master RPA Professional

    Solution Design:

    • Architect end-to-end RPA solutions, considering scalability, flexibility, and alignment with business objectives.

    Requirements Analysis:

    • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze automation requirements. • Translate business processes into efficient and effective RPA solutions.

    Tool Selection:

    • Evaluate and recommend RPA tools based on project requirements, considering factors such as scalability, security, and integration capabilities

    Governance and Compliance:

    • Establish and enforce RPA governance policies, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and organizational standards

    System Integration:

    • Oversee the integration of RPA solutions with existing systems, ensuring seamless interoperability.

    Technical Leadership:

    Provide technical leadership to RPA development teams, guiding them in implementing architectural best practices.

    Risk Management:

    • Identify and mitigate risks associated with RPA implementations, including security, data privacy, and system dependencies.

    Stakeholder Communication:

    • Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, explaining complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience: • Significant experience as an RPA Developer with a focus on complex and large-scale automation projects. SME in Automation360, IQ BOT, Discovery BOT, AARI (AA Robotic Interface).
