Urban Air Adventure Parks Agency is looking for a passionate, experienced Solution Architect who thrives in a highly collaborative, team environment.

Position Overview:
The Solution Architect will play a key role in designing and implementing technical solutions that support Urban Air’s business strategies and operational goals. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect scalable, reliable, and efficient systems, driving the integration of various platforms and technologies. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic vision, and a deep understanding of how technology can enable business success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architecture Design: Lead the design and development of scalable and flexible architectural solutions that align with business objectives and technical standards.
• Technology Roadmaps: Develop and maintain technology roadmaps that outline current and future architecture solutions, including software, hardware, and cloud infrastructure.
• System Integration: Facilitate the integration of internal and third-party systems to ensure seamless data flow and operational efficiency.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product owners, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business needs and technical requirements.
• Technical Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to development teams, ensuring best practices in software development, system architecture, and deployment processes.
• Quality Assurance: Oversee code reviews, system tests, and troubleshooting to maintain high-quality standards in deliverables.
• Security & Compliance: Ensure solutions adhere to data security policies and regulatory requirements, implementing necessary measures to protect sensitive information.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in solution architecture, systems integration, or a related field.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
  • Strong understanding of microservices architecture, API design, and system integration patterns.
  • Experience with DevOps practices (CI/CD, automated testing, containerization).
  • Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman).
• Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect) are highly desirable.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset.

Pay: $155,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
