About This Role:

An active Secret clearance at a minimum is a MUST

The Solutions IT Lead will have Full Stack Development experience (React, Typescript, Java, Spring) will support a team of agile developers, scrum masters, and data analysts with O&M and data support services; Must have excellent knowledge of directing Agile teams, have structured migration plan experience, excellent written and verbal skills required. Responsible for leading a team of technology professionals to effectively work towards migrating a custom-built application (Point of Sales) to a commercial off the shelf solution that is cost effective, scalable, and provides the customer with a maintainable solution that provides a low overhead O&M costs for the lifecycle of the contract.

• Work on an exciting project within a cross disciplinary team supporting the migration solutions for a customized point sales application to a commercial off-the-shelf solution.

• Able to pilot a solution to the government relative a new solution strategy

• Develop highly responsive user-facing new features using React.js.

• Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.

• Understanding business requirements and translating them into intuitive user experiences.

Qualifications:

• B.S. in Computer Science or related field with 10+/yrs. of experience

• Solutions Architecture- IT Lead for PoS Migration to new Platform

• Front-End: C#, React.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS

• Back-End: Java, Spring Boot, GraphQL and/or Rest; SQL/Database

• Service Now Experience or SalesForce Experience a huge Plus

• Agile DevSecOps experience

• Front-End: Webpack, SCSS, JSS

• Back-End: Kubernetes, Mongo DB/NoSQL
