    Job Description

    The position is responsible for leading the design and implementation of complex and innovative solutions that aligns with business objectives and goals. The individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide technical leadership, and ensure the successful delivery of projects.

    • Lead the end-to-end design of comprehensive and scalable solutions that align with business goals. Work closely with business stakeholders and product managers to understand requirements and develop solution strategies that leverage our products and services.
    • Design and oversee the integration of diverse software and hardware components, ensuring interoperability and optimal performance. Develop architecture blueprints, technical specifications, and system integration strategies to enable seamless data exchange and integration with existing systems.
    • Identify potential risks and challenges associated with solution implementation and provide mitigation strategies. Collaborate with security and compliance teams to ensure that solutions meet industry standards, data privacy regulations, and security requirements.
    • Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including solution architectures, design patterns, deployment guides, and best practices. Contribute to knowledge sharing initiatives, such as internal training programs and technical workshops.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technology, product management, and support, to align technical solutions with business strategies. Stay updated with market trends, technological advancements, and industry standards to provide thought leadership and contribute to the organization's technical vision.
    • Completes other duties as assigned.

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in computer science.
    • Master's Degree in related field Preferred.
    • Five (5) plus years of architecture experience across software development technologies, having highly competent knowledge of standard software development lifecycle and project management techniques/methodologies. Required and
    • Three (3) plus years of experience in managing multiple, medium to large, cross-functional teams or projects, and influencing senior level management and key stakeholders. Required and
    • Experience with systems development lifecycle and system management processes, including business requirements, design, and configuration, and user acceptance testing. Required and
    • Experience working in multiple Information Technology environments Preferred
    • Strong expertise in solution architecture principles, design patterns, and industry best practices.
    • Extensive knowledge of cloud computing platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and associated services.
    • Proficiency in software development methodologies, programming languages, and frameworks.
    • In-depth understanding of database systems, data modeling, NoSQL and SQL.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex technical challenges.
    • Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities, with experience in guiding and motivating teams.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders at all levels.

    Additional Information

    _In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $84,835.61 and $153,548.46. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
