    Job Description

    We are seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable Solutions Consultant with expertise in advanced advertising to join our commercial team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the advertising landscape, including digital, programmatic, and traditional media. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for consumer insights and a proven track record of designing, presenting, and supporting successful research and campaign solutions. A strong collaborative working style and drive to win is a must.

    **As Solutions Consultant you will have following key accountabilities: **

    • Work closely with clients to understand their advertising goals and develop tailored strategies to achieve them
    • Collaborate with Account Directors to drive adoption of MRI-Simmons tools and penetrate new teams within assigned accounts
    • Consult with clients and uncover how they currently use consumer insights to power media activation and analytics - and where the MRI-Simmons offerings might fill voids
    • Serve as a go-to expert on advanced advertising techniques, trends, and technologies for the MRI-Simmons commercial team
    • Scope potential advanced advertising opportunities and generate proposals to meet client needs
    • Communicate effectively with clients both written and orally and provide excellent customer support.
    • Develop insightful presentations and educate clients on latest MRI-Simmons capabilities and resources in the advanced advertising space
    • Build relationships with client contacts and evangelize the use of MRI-Simmons tools across the entire campaign lifestyle
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    Now that we have introduced you to the position of Solutions Consultant, what skills, qualifications and experience should you have?

    • 5+ years in a technical consulting or sales role, particularly in digital advertising or marketing technology sector
    • Must have outstanding communication skills, maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their advertising goals, and provide tailored solutions
    • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously
    • Proven track record of designing and executing successful advertising solutions for agencies and brands
    • Understanding of the media buying ecosystem, specifically how agencies leverage first and third party data for campaign activation
    • Expertise in demand side platforms like DV360, The Trade Desk, and Meta is strongly preferred.
    • Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills.
    • BA with a concentration in Communications, Marketing or Media a plus

    Additional Information

    This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation of the following range: $51,800-$130,000. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a sales-based incentive or performance-based bonus.
