They help companies go paperless. They are a leader in this dynamic industry and have an award-winning software application (SaaS based), backfile scanning program, and digital mail program that helps companies achieve this goal.

    Summary of Position (Solutions Consultant)

    Due to substantial growth, we are looking for a Solutions / Sales Consultant who is energetic, professional, understands business, is passionate about what they do, and can work independently without much supervision.  The right candidate will have strong communication and consultative skills as well as the ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sales or relevant experiences that demonstrate the skill sets required to succeed in this position.

     

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    • Consistently meets or exceeds weekly and monthly sales activity goals.
    • Close prospective customers using working knowledge of the product line.
    • Identifies opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell customers.
    • Handles inquiries with regard to product, pricing, order expediting and customer relations.
    • Customer focused selling, communication and objection handling is required.
    • Delivering prepared sales talking points that describe products or services.
    • Must provide professional, courteous, and efficient customer service to all customers.
    • Meets or exceeds revenue expectations.
    • Maintains records of account activity within the sales CRM.
    • Performs other duties as assigned.
    • In office work 4 out of 5 days per week.

     

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent inside sales experience.
    • Understand basic selling skills, with exceptional analytical, organizational and communication abilities.
    • Proficiency in the entire MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
    • Accurately manage data in our CRM database
    • Good organizational habits and outstanding attention to detail
    • Excellent verbal and written English language communication skills
    • Genuine interest for “High Tech” products and solutions
    • Partner with an experienced outside salesperson in the pursuit of major accounts

     

     

     

  • Compensation
    $60,000-$125,000 per year
