    Job Description

    We’re looking for a strategic and customer-facing Solutions Specialist to serve as a non-quota carrying global SME for our WeTrack Solutions—with a focus on helping venues adopt our industry-leading risk management and carbon footprint tools. This role is the perfect blend of solutions engineering, product specialization, and sales enablement, and is ideal for someone who understands the unique challenges of venues and can translate our product value with clarity and confidence.

    You’ll work alongside AMs/AEs on sales call, providing subject matter expertise and helping shape the story of how WeTrack fits into our clients' operational, sustainability, and risk goals.

    You’ll be part of a mission-driven, collaborative team focused on helping some of the most well-known venues in the world improve how they plan, operate, and measure success. This is a ****high-impact, high-visibility role with room to grow—without a sales quota but with meaningful goals tied to enabling team success.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Act as the product and solutions expert in the sales process for WeTrack, specifically for venue customers.
    • Join global AM/AE sales calls as a trusted partner, helping to position and articulate the value of WeTrack's solutions.
    • Translate customer needs into tailored product narratives and demonstrations focused on risk and sustainability outcomes.
    • Partner with product and marketing teams to refine messaging, use cases, and market positioning for venues.
    • Support the pipeline by driving coverage, penetration, and solution clarity
    • Stay close to venue operations and industry trends to ensure ongoing relevancy and thought leadership in sales conversations.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience.
    • 2+ years of experience in sales at a SaaS company, ideally in a customer-facing or solutions-oriented role.
    • Venue or event industry knowledge is highly desirable – direct experience working in or with venues (e.g., sports, events, attractions) is a strong plus.
    • Strong solutions mindset – background in solutions engineering, product specialization, presales, or sales strategy is a plus.
    • Proven customer-facing expertise – confident presenting in sales conversations and serving as a trusted advisor to internal teams and external clients.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills – able to build relationships at all levels and communicate effectively across functions and geographies.
    • Ability to translate technical capabilities into real-world value, particularly around risk management and sustainability tools.
    • Collaborative team player – experience working cross-functionally with sales, product, and marketing to support GTM strategy.
    • Metric-driven and impact-focused – comfortable aligning work to pipeline coverage, penetration, and growth KPIs.
    • Highly organized and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple engagements in a fast-paced, global environment.
    • Passion for mission-driven technology, especially solutions that improve safety, efficiency, and environmental outcomes in venue operations.
