Solve IT Strategies is looking for a Customer Service Representative. This role is located at Chicago, IL. CONTRACT ONLY 3-5 months
Schedule: 40 hours/week, 8-5 pm M-f
.The Main Responsibilities of a person are:
- Remote position.
- Half a day for equipment pick-up, which will be available across the Chicagoland area/suburbs.
- 2-year call center minimum to join 100% remote Service Center team and provide support for HR and IS-related inquiries. Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong communication skills, technical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information professionally.
- 2 years in a customer service role, preferably in HR or IT; data entry; solid MS Office experience.
