Asterly Well Care Solutions together with our partners are seeking an exceptional Sonographer to join a team of patient-centered professionals who have a culture of caring for each other while providing an excellent patient experience. The University Medical Center is dedicated to providing the highest quality care for patients and their families.

The Staff Sonographer performs diagnostic ultrasounds and other required modalities within the individual department. Examinations are performed independently, under physician supervision.

Qualifications:

• Registered VascularTechnologist RVT Certification ARDMS

• OB/GYN Certified, MFM experience preferred

• Possess the applicable credentials to the departmental role.

• Minimum of 6 months of scanning experience outside of clinical training, which includes OB/GYN

• Proficient in medical terminology and effective communication skills

• BLS Required

Responsibilities:

• Fulfills the necessary and applicable time and experience requirements related to the position

• Assist with mentoring and educating all levels of staff

• Ability to critically think while scanning

• Participates in the diagnosis and treatment of invasive procedures.

• Assist the radiologist and nursing team for interventional procedures.
