Veterinary Receptionist for non-emergency private practice one Doctor clinic looking to grow.
Responsibilities
The receptionist's duties include scheduling appointments, issuing invoices, and receiving payments after consultations. You will also be required to inform the veterinarian on-call of any emergency cases that arise.
Receptionists communicate with clients verbally and non-verbally by managing the phones, emails, and other virtual platforms.
Another way receptionists are involved in animal healthcare is by educating clients about parasites and their treatments.
The receptionist will ensure that our office remains presentable at all times. An outstanding veterinary receptionist will provide comfort to human and animal clients when in distress. Greeting and welcoming patients with sincerity. Answering telephone calls and returning e-mails.
· Must be cheerful and willing to continue education to grow with the practice.

Mon 8:AM-6:PM
Tues 12:PM-6:PM
Wed 8:AM-5:PM
Thur 12:PM-6:PM
Fri 8:AM-12:PM
Sat Off
Sun Off
No nights or weekends, and all major holidays off with pay
