Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years Recruitment/Sourcing Experience
- Knowledge of recruiting components and familiar with a variety of resume databases
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Coordinator, Recruiter or Sourcer
- Ability to work in an environment where the work can be repetitive
- Possess strong project management skills
