Responsibilities: • Executing complex dishes and recipes • Monitoring inventory and placing orders for food and supplies to maintain optimal inventory levels • Supervising and training kitchen staff on proper procedures, safety, and sanitation guidelines • Collaborating with the Executive Chef to develop new menus and recipes • Ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations set by the local, state, and federal governments Qualifications: • At least 5 years of solid professional experience in restaurant or hotel food service • Demonstrated success as Sous Chef with managerial responsibilities • Thorough understanding of food safety rules and regulations • Superior verbal and written communication skills • Demonstrated familiarity with alcoholic and food service products Compensation: $40,000 - $50,000 yearly
