    The Role
    We’re searching for a Sous Chef who is equal parts leader, mentor, and hands-on doer. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen, leads with positivity, and is eager to grow alongside a team of like-minded professionals.

    What You'll Do

    • Assist in leading a busy, high-performing kitchen alongside the Executive Chef

    • Maintain high standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation

    • Train, coach, and inspire line cooks and prep team — lead with professionalism and enthusiasm

    • Manage daily BOH operations, including ordering, inventory, and prep systems

    • Ensure all safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards are consistently met

    • Help drive team culture rooted in accountability, passion, and mutual respect

    • Be a calm, focused presence during high-pressure service

    • Stay curious — always looking to improve processes, menus, and skills

    What We're Looking For

    • 2+ years of experience in a high-volume, upscale

    • Strong leadership and communication skills — you bring the team together

    • Detail-oriented with solid systems for prep, organization, and cleanliness

    • Experience with inventory, ordering, and kitchen financials is a big plus

    • Professional, upbeat, and genuinely passionate about food and people

    • Willingness to learn, grow, and be part of a collaborative culinary team
