Must have valid work authorization
Must have experience as a Hands-On Sous Chef
Must have experience writing menus and marketing
Must have excellent knife skills
Provides exceptional meals and service
Front of the House customer service experience
Enjoy a fast-paced environment
Must have experience with high-volume catering
Must have experience with menu development
Must know how to train staff
Five-plus years of cooking experience is required
Food Handlers' card is required
Must pass the background check
