Sous Chef Wanted for Exciting New Fine Dining Opportunity!
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Sous Chef to join our team at Okto, a brand-new fine dining Mediterranean restaurant in Montrose by SOF Hospitality group. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will play a crucial role in helping us deliver an exceptional culinary experience to our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Executive Chef in menu planning, kitchen operations, and food preparation
- Lead and mentor a team of line cooks and kitchen staff
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety
- Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a Sous Chef or senior line cook in a fine dining restaurant
- Passion for Mediterranean cuisine and willingness to learn and grow
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude
- Food Safety certification and up-to-date knowledge of industry standards
Salary:
- Competitive salary range: $48,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience
