Responsibilities: • Exceed guest expectations while increasing sales and profits and overseeing the success of day-to-day operations of the restaurant kitchen • Manage controllable department expenses such as food, supplies, uniforms, equipment, and collaborate with vendors to achieve the highest quality products at the most reasonable price • Coordinate all kitchen food preparation, including processes, portioning, garnishing, and ensure that all meals and dishes are presented elegantly Qualifications: • Display excellent communication and interpersonal skills with guests and coworkers • Outstanding management abilities, as well as experience leading, inspiring, and building a team • Candidates must have completed high school or received similar certification such as a GED • Candidates need a strong understanding of compliance with kitchen safety and food storage requirements Compensation: $50,000 yearly
