    Job Summary We are seeking a Sous Chefto join the team at our Beergarden/Restaurant In this role, you will prepare a variety of food. You will use creativity to make new items. The ideal candidate has previous experience and a passion for creating delicious crowd favorite items.     Duties and Responsibilities:

    Clean and sanitize equipment

    Cook various food and new food items

    Track, maintain, and order inventory as necessary

    Qualifications:

    Previous experience in a similar role is preferred

    Ability to use professional-grade kitchen appliances and equipment

    Knowledge of food safety practices

    Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment
