AT SOUTH POINT, WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE TO START IN OUR ENTRY LEVEL ACCOUNT MANAGER ROLE. All our new hires receive full product, sales, and promotions training, so the specific experience you have isn't as relevant as your ability/desire to work with customers in a fast-paced setting while remaining an upbeat and positive demeanor! RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide high-quality service to each of our clients
• Helps team meet or exceed all service and sales targets
• New customer acquisition and customer retention
• Face to face sales and marketing of new services for our clients
• Representing clients with integrity and enthusiasm
• Training current sales and marketing reps in customer service

SOUTH POINT CROSS-TRAINS ALL EMPLOYEES WITHIN LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT WHICH INCLUDES:

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Outstanding communication skills both verbal & written.
• Able to prioritize and work independently

• Capable of multi-tasking, prioritizing, and managing time efficiently
