GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

MINIMUM EDUCATION AND/OR CERTIFICATION:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree, business administration or related field preferred

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

• Experience in residential construction environments preferred
• Knowledge of home and construction systems and processes preferred
• Self-motivated with the ability to work well under pressure
• Team player with the aptitude for multi-tasking, meeting deadlines, and building relationships with team members, vendors, and customers.
• Experience with MS Office Products - Word, Excel, Access, Outlook and Accounting software
• Detail oriented
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Demonstrates initiative and flexibility
• Strong problem-solving skills and effective time management

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES

• Compile, verify, record and process service and warranty related requests
• Maintain data in native systems
• Perform data management tasks associated with services and warranties
• Provide detailed information to clients, builders, and field management
• Respond to telephone, in person or electronic enquiries
• Send and receive messages and documents
• Sort, process and verify forms and documents
• Provide cross departmental back up support when team members are out of the office
• Schedule services and warranty visits
• Monitor Service Ticket Dashboard Status S1-S5 (ensure ticket deficiencies are being noted, ensure accuracy of all VPO requests made, produce weekly reports for follow up items , etc.)
• Conducts oneself only in a professional way while associated with SouthEnd Exteriors
• Works in a safe manner always and consistently provide a safe work environment.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensures adherence to all State and Federal guidelines and Industry regulations
• Performs other duties as required
