At Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spas we know our spa sales associates are a critical link in ensuring that our customers' experiences in our spas is nothing less than rejuvenating! Don’t worry, we can teach you everything you need to know about the spa industry - all we need is your excellent customer service and sales skills!

Spa Sales Associates are Responsible for:

Meet membership sales goals

Knowledge of our menu of services – don’t worry, we’ll train you

Capable of working flexible hours- If you work with us, we will work with you

Effectively communicate sales, promotions, and service options with clients

Uphold spa cleanliness of the entire spa; including lobby, front desk, hallways, bathrooms and breakroom

Bring a positive and energetic attitude

Answer phones, schedule appointments, connect with clients, and file documents

Qualifications:

Having a high school diploma or equivalent is required

18 years old or older

Exceptionally organized and have great attention to detail

Strong team player with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
