About the Role:

We are seeking a Spa Associate to join our team at Perspire Sauna Studio of Austin Southwest. This role offers a base salary plus commission, and the opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing wellness company.

Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service to all clients

Assist with maintaining a clean and organized spa environment

Facilitate client check-ins and check-outs

Educate clients on the benefits of infrared sauna therapy

Promote and sell spa memberships and retail products

Requirements:

Previous experience in a customer service role preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Passion for health and wellness

Must be able to work evenings and weekends
