    Job Summary – Spa Concierge / Front Office Associate

    Position Overview:

    Slimbody Wellness is seeking a Spa Concierge / Front Office Associate to provide exceptional client service, support daily front desk operations, and contribute to a welcoming and luxurious environment. This part-time role offers flexible hours (Monday-Sunday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM) and opportunities for career advancement to Assistant Manager and Manager positions. Compensation includes performance-based bonuses along with employee perks on treatments and products.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Warmly greet clients upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience.

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for phone, email, and in-person inquiries, providing accurate information about treatments, services, and promotions.

    • Schedule, reschedule, and confirm client appointments using the scheduling system.

    • Process payments, memberships, and gift card purchases through the POS system.

    • Assist clients with check-in, consent forms, and check-out processes.

    • Inform clients about seasonal promotions, new treatments, and membership programs.

    • Provide basic product knowledge to clients and recommend complementary retail items.

    • Maintain organization and cleanliness of the front desk and waiting area.

    • Monitor inventory levels for retail products and supplies, notifying management as needed.

    • Address client concerns with professionalism, escalating issues when necessary.

    • Assist with light social media and marketing tasks, such as capturing content for promotional use (with client consent).

    Ideal Candidate Traits & Qualifications:

    • Experience – 1-2 years in a customer-facing role, preferably in a spa, wellness, or luxury hospitality setting.

    • Personality & Soft Skills – Friendly, professional, organized, and proactive with strong communication and customer service skills.

    • Sales & Upselling – Comfortable recommending treatments, memberships, and products in a consultative manner.

    • Tech-Savvy – Able to learn scheduling and POS systems quickly.

    • Team-Oriented – Works collaboratively with providers and staff to ensure smooth operations.

    • Reliability & Attention to Detail – Ensures accuracy in scheduling, client records, and financial transactions.
