We are hiring for Full-Time Spa Concierge ( 30+ hours are available ) and Part-Time Spa Concierge (20-30 hours per week). Please note, this position entails an in-depth training program and a 90 day probationary period. As a result, we ask candidates to be considering a permanent position versus temporary/seasonal.

More specifically, our fabulous Spa Concierge:
Educates the guest on the Woodhouse experience, while assisting on their scheduling of the perfect treatments - customized to their needs
Answers the phone with a smile each and every time
Provides personal attention from the time the guest walks though the door
Introduces the guest on the Woodhouse experience including a warm welcome, a tour of our changing lounge and amenities, and helping them to have a seamless experience
Remembers the small things that make The Woodhouse special--the guest’s favorite drink, the warm inviting neck wrap, personal details such as birthdays and anniversaries
Is the brand ambassador, making sure the guest enters a clean, safe place with just the right lighting, music and scent to ensure that memorable experience
Remains educated on all products offered by our spa. A strong sales position to ensure products at the recommendation of the Spa Professionals have been explained and followed up with the closing of the sale.
Inviting the guests to re-schedule their reservations for their next visit with us to ensure they are aiding in building the retention of the business
Serves as back up for the leadership team, when they are busy taking care of the “big stuff”, you always make sure things are running smoothly
