We are looking for a passionate and experienced Spa Coordinator to join our team and help us create a serene and rejuvenating environment for our clients.
Job Description: As a Spa Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our spa, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service. You will manage appointments, coordinate with therapists and aestheticians, and maintain a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. Your role will be crucial in promoting our health and wellness services and ensuring client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and schedule client appointments.
Coordinate with therapists and aestheticians to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming spa environment.
Promote our range of health and wellness services to clients.
Handle client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
Assist in marketing and promotional activities to meet quotas.
Lead generation.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the spa or wellness industry.
Valid New Mexico license in cosmetology or as an aesthetician.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Passion for health and wellness.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations with grace.
Proving experience in sales production.
