The Milagro Spa at Olathe Ridgeview Genesis Health Club location is OPENING SOON and we are seeking highly professional, dependable, front desk spa customer service specialists to join our team!
The front desk concierge at the Milagro Spa is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all clients throughout their visit to the spa. We believe in working as a team so being a team player is imperative. We are looking for someone who is consistently bright, cheery, and optimistic and somebody who will take pride in going the extra mile to exceed our guest's expectations. Applicants must be confident, positive and make your team members and the guest your #1 priority. Several duties include multitasking: answering phones, checking clients in and out, scheduling appointments, maintaining reception area. Flexible availability: days, nights and weekends needed. Business is open 6 days a week

Requirements and Qualifications:
Responsibilities
Knowledge of Meevo Software systems
Answering phones, checking clients in and out, scheduling appointments,
Maintaining reception & retail areas
Assisting with laundry getting to and from the laundry room and changing/locker rooms
Flexible availability: days, nights and weekends needed
Several duties include: multi-tasking, answering multiple phone lines, checking clients in and out, scheduling appointments, maintaining reception area
Relevant Experience Preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and address their concerns
Adherence to a high standard of professionalism and ethical conduct
Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
Knowledge of Spa and Genesis Health Club policies
Maintenance of client documentation
Attend trainings, education and meetings when requested
Keep work space clean, organized and stocked with proper supplies
Strive to meet service and retail goals
Assist the client with retail selection
Close sales with technician product recommendations
Promote Spa Sales and Promotions
Sell gift cards
Recommend future appointments to all clients
Maintain consistent professional image and appearance
Dust retail shelves during downtime
Restock retail shelves
The Milagro Spa operates within the Genesis Health Clubs with two locations in New Jersey and three more set to open in Kanas Fall of 2024. Milagro provides an experience unmatched by other spas in the area. Our highly trained technicians provide soothing massage to relax muscles and relieve body tension or facial or skin treatments designed to leave the skin looking younger, fresh and glowing. Continuing Education is a key component of working at the Milagro Spa keeps our service providers engaged and informed.
