Part-Time, Sundays 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Responsibilities: You’ll act as the first point of contact for the business, answer phone calls, schedule meetings, make travel arrangements, handle mail and deliveries, and help us with other operational duties to keep everything running smoothly. • Provide administrative support to other team members with data entry, paperwork, photocopying, etc. when needed • Assure incoming and outgoing mail is managed appropriately and handle deliveries • Make appointments for employees and ensure the calendar is current and correct • Plan for company trips and outings and provide itineraries to ensure off-site activities are a success • Ensure the security of the building by having visitors follow the necessary sign-in protocol Qualifications: • 1+ year of front desk receptionist experience or related job experience preferred • Has previous experience with word processing programs and basic computer skills • Must have graduated high school, received a G.E.D. or equivalent • Comfortable taking telephone calls and mitigating stressful situations • Displays impeccable interpersonal, time management, organizational, and customer service skills Compensation: $16.50 per hour DOE
