About Us: Join our dedicated team at Skinkind, where we offer a serene and rejuvenating experience to all our guests. We are seeking a friendly, organized, and proactive individual to join our front desk team, handling both receptionist duties and membership sales. If you have a passion for wellness and enjoy providing exceptional customer service, we’d love to meet you! You will be the face of our company and the first person a client sees when they walk in, so positivity, good vibes, and friendliness is a must :)
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Services: Greet and check-in guests with a warm and welcoming attitude. Assist with check-outs, ensuring all transactions are handled accurately.
Phone Management: Answer incoming calls, address inquiries, schedule appointments, and provide information about our services.
Membership Sales: Explain our membership program to potential clients, highlighting benefits and options. Assist in signing up new members.
Account Management: Research and resolve account discrepancies, ensuring all guest accounts are up to date.
Retail Duties: Manage basic retail store operations, including opening and closing the store, inventory management, and assisting customers with purchases.
Housekeeping: Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain the cleanliness and ambiance of the spa, including laundry and tidying up reception and retail areas.
