    Hand and Stone is seeking a Spa Manager in Arvada, Colorado. This is a well established, busy location with a large membership base. The ideal candidate will have a minimum 3 -5 years of management and sales experience, preferably in a luxury hotel or spa environment. The primary Qualifications and Requirements of this role include, but are not limited to:

    Retail/sales experience

    A passion for people and sales

    High level of enthusiasm

    Demonstrated ability to balance coaching/mentoring with discipline

    Strong organizational/planning and computer skills

    Experience with a booking system is a plus

    Oversee and manage the daily operations of a busy spa

    Ability to promote the health and wellness benefits of both massage therapy and facials

    Handle administrative tasks including but not limited to payroll, scheduling, inventory, and reporting

    Ability to work flexible schedule including days/evenings/weekends/holidays

    Knowledge and understanding of all spa services and product line

    Responsibilities and Duties:

    • Cultivates sales performance of the spa and spa associates.Assesses the performance of the spa against goals and plans. Ensures the spa is on track to meet financial goals.Makes crucial business decisions. Completely understands and is responsible for all aspects of daily operations.* Maintains a sense of the “big picture.”* Performs and/or oversees front-desk duties.*Ensures all operations are in full compliance with local health and safety codes or other local agency codes.Implements and monitors workplace safety.Monitors sales, costs, and profits. Ensures client services are being carried out and completed in a professional, correct, and efficient manner.Generates all required reports accurately and on time. Monitors quality control in all aspects of operation. Practices excellent client service and ensures employees are doing the same Solves client issues Develops marketing strategies to build the Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa business. Hires, trains, evaluates, and disciplines employees Performs verbal interview of Massage Therapists and Estheticians Performs administrative duties *Performs and/or oversees regular inventory procedures.*Orders supplies/products/equipment from vendors. *Implements strategies for ensuring loss prevention. *Creates a schedule on a regular basis that is responsive to the sales/service levels. *Performs any other job functions as necessary to ensure continued smooth operation of the business. *Basic maintenance and cleaning.*Develops grassroots networking with neighborhood

    Qualifications and Skills

    Must have a minimum of 3 years successful management experience with strong focus on customer service and sales.
