    POSITION SUMMARY: Our Spa Manager will execute the day-to-day operations of a high volume spa, along with specific assigned responsibilities.A more extensive list of the responsibilities is as follows:

    Oversee and manage the daily operations of a busy spa

    Ability to promote the health and wellness benefits of both massage therapy and facials

    Learn about our products and services for effective, clear communication

    Handle administrative tasks including but not limited to payroll, scheduling, inventory, ordering and reporting

    Uphold store cleanliness standards in the entire spa

    Oversee training of staff

    Create and aid in implementation of sales goals for staff.

    Oversee implementation of corporate protocols.

    POSITION REQUIREMENTS

    A passion for people and sales

    High level of enthusiasm

    Capability to work flexible hours, specifically nights, weekends (Sundays) and holidays

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    A fast learner, with a positive attitude; remain calm in fast pace environment

    Computer proficiency; knowledge of retail/appointment booking computer systems is a plus

    Exceptional with organizing and prioritizing; attention to detail and multi- tasking

    Critical thinking skills, including customer conflict resolution

    Demonstrated ability to balance coaching/mentoring with disciplining
