    POSITION SUMMARY

    Responsible and accountable for all aspects of daily operations with focus on achieving sales targets and delivering an exceptional level of customer service. In addition, the Spa Manager is focused on building and retaining clientele, while following an aggressive spa profit plan.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Ensure the achievement of sales goals

    Oversee and manage the daily operations of a very busy spa

    70% of time spent working face to face with clients

    Meet business objectives and profitability goals

    Monitor payroll and expenditures

    Successfully achieve aggressive spa profit plan

    Review financial data

    Prepare management reports

    Ability to work flexible schedule including days/evenings/weekends/holidays

    Perform administrative functions accurately and timely

    Motivate staff to achieve their personal and professional sales goals

    Create and maintain relaxed atmosphere for clientele

    Uphold highest level of customer service

    MANAGER IS BEST SALES PERSON ON THE TEAM

    IDEAL CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

    5–15 years managerial experience in a spa or hotel or health/beauty spa environment

    At least 5 years customer service experience

    Prior experience managing teams of 10+

    High level of enthusiasm

    Ability to sell concepts and ideas to management, peers, and employees

    Demonstrated success in revenue achievement and expense management

    Demonstrated ability to balance coaching/mentoring with disciplining

    Experience in budget development and financial analysis

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    High standards in ethics, service, and image
