Key Success Metrics: Your performance will be measured by your ability to:
Drive membership growth and gift card sales
Boost introductory offer bookings
Meet EBITA targets
Maximize staff utilization (Massage Therapists & Estheticians)
Lead successful team recruitment and retention
Achieve new memberships from SPA Associates
Increase service enhancements, upgrades, and retail sales
Create a culture of employee satisfaction with low attrition rates
Who we're looking for: To be our ideal Spa Manager, you’ll need:
1-2 years of management experience (spa, salon, retail, or hospitality industries preferred)
At least 1 year of marketing experience to grow our presence
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
A genuine passion for wellness and the benefits of massage and skincare
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to create a positive, motivated team environment
A proven track record of setting and crushing goals, and inspiring your team to do the same
Strategic and organizational skills to balance daily operations with big-picture growth
The ability to build strong connections within the local and professional community
Experience hosting promotional events and engaging the community to boost brand awareness

With competitive base pay and unlimited commission opportunities, you’re in control of your paycheck. As you grow the business through memberships, gift card sales, and service enhancements, your compensation grows with it. Your hard work directly translates to higher rewards, putting your financial success in your hands.
Base salary of $51,000 to $55,000 (based on qualification), with total compensation potential up to $77,000 per year
Earn an extra $10 for every net new membership sold per month by the spa – an average of $1,500/month!
Bonus incentives for gift card sales & EBITA targets
Achieving EBITA targets has the potential to elevate total compensation into the six-figure range in the future.
