    NOW HIRING SPA SALES MANAGER!

    Our NEW Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa at- 7236 Bell Creek Rd, Unit -G, Mechanicsville, VA 23111 is seeking a full-time spa manager. At Hand and Stone Mechanicsville, VA we are an independently owned and operated spa, with the national brand awareness of a leading company in the wellness industry. You will be reporting to the owners.

    The ideal spa manager has a proven track record of growing a new business, with experience in creating measurable goals and motivating a team. Bring your established specific strategies and demonstrated history! Helpful to have membership model, and franchising experience.

    Spa Manager Performance will be based on the following metrics:

    Membership Conversion –minimum 35% membership conversion

    Staffing— Service Provers Utilization of 70 – 75%. Staffing service providers and front desk to support booking volume. Success will be measured on overall provider and spa room utilization.

    Brand Awareness – this will be based on lead gen and prospect count of potential members.

    What you need to succeed in this role:

    4 to 5 years sales management experience in the salon/spa, retail, commission based or membership sales model, with a large focus on driving profitability and coaching to goals.

    Driving membership conversion, retention and providing ongoing training to the front desk team.

    Ability to adapt to different types of personalities in a professional and courteous way

    Ability to coach a sales team and hitting sales goals, guide the staff to operate with peak efficiency through coordination, communication, and cooperation

    Passion for promoting the benefits of massage and skin care treatments

    Strong and clear communication skills

    Ability to be a fast learner and adapt to spa software zenoti and other technology software

    Conduct interviews for potential new hires and make recommendations for selection

    Maintain a clean and organized spa

    Conduct employee orientation and ongoing training to ensure high-quality service delivery

    Organize weekly outreach and grassroot events

    Create partnership with other local businesses to drive sales

    Goal oriented and ability to set and achieve daily, weekly , monthly and annual goals

    Do biweekly Payroll and audit

    Weekends availability and flexible schedule is required

    What’s in it for you?

    $45,000- $55,000 base salary

    Commission based on spa sales of memberships.
