Responsibilities

· Achieve monthly sales targets through membership and gift card sales

· Approach Clients Outside the Retreat with live sales calls, Social Media, Website Optimization and direct digital marketing. · Promote the therapeutic/wellness benefits of massage therapy and skin therapy

· Educate prospects confidently and effectively about services and products

· Excellent phone etiquette with an upbeat tone and strong articulation

· Develop and maintain positive relationships with members of the team and guests

Qualifications

· Must have one's own strong social media habits, positive online persona, followers a big plus · Exceptional guest service and communication abilities

· Previous experience in sales, retail, or guest services is required

· Proficient with office computer software and quick to learn new systems

· Proficient with all Social Media platforms · Proficient with broadcast email and sms platforms · Experience with DM conversations in platforms like Gorgias · Fast learner with a positive and energetic demeanor

· Strong critical thinking skills, especially in resolving customer conflicts

· Passionate about interacting with people and consistently delivering outstanding service

· Thrives in collaborative team settings
