Massage Heights The Woodlands is seeking the best personalities to add to our family of Spa Sales Associates - This bubbly and fun loving sales associate will work closely with our customers to provide an overwhelmingly positive experience to drive our business. In this role, you will be responsible for sales and delivering top-notch customer satisfaction in a professional, high volume, therapeutic spa environment with a huge smile!

Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide excellent service to members/guests by answering phone calls, setting appointments, greeting members/guests upon arrival and selling memberships and retail products

Assist in administrative tasks including filing, member folder maintenance and data entry of client records

Assist in maintaining cleanliness of therapy rooms, common areas and merchandising area

Selling memberships, elevation packages, retail products & gift cards

Requirements:

Must be able to recommend and sell memberships and retail products

Able to effectively communicate with members and guests

Able to work well with others in a fun and fast-paced environment

Have a positive attitude and be customer service focused

Must be able to successfully pass a background check

Compensation and Benefits:

$15 Hr guaranty (Hourly plus additional $300-$600 possible monthly commission structure) (Dependent on goals met)
