Hand and Stone Crescent Springs is seeking a Spa Wellness Advisor. You are a critical link in ensuring that our customers' experience in our spa is nothing other than OUTSTANDING! The primary Qualifications and Requirements of this role include, but are not limited to:

To inform and enroll new guests in our "Lifestyle Program"

Provide excellent customer service to members/guests

A fast learner, with a positive attitude; remain calm in fast pace environment

Welcome and greet members/guests upon arrival and communicate sales promotions and service options with clients

Answer phones, book appointments, sell memberships, gift cards and upgrades

Follow proper filing procedures/file maintenance

Promote health/wellness benefits of massage therapy and skin care

Maintain a professional and clean work environment & appearance

Positive, energetic attitude

A strong team player with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision

Capability to work flexible hours including some nights, weekends and some holidays

What’s in it for you?

$11-$14 Hourly wage plus commissions and bonuses (depending on experience)

Job Requirements:

Customer service experience, commissioned sales experience a plus

Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and some holidays

Excellent personal appearance, good verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to handle stressful situations professionally and multitask with ease all while focusing on the guest
