Job Description:
Provide translation and interpretation services for the claims team during calls, emails, and documentation.
Assist in translating client communications and policy-related documents from Spanish to English and vice versa.
Facilitate effective communication between Spanish-speaking clients and the claims team.
Ensure all translated materials are accurate and clear to maintain proper understanding of claims processes.
Help coordinate meetings or interviews between claims team and Spanish-speaking clients.
Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information in accordance with company policies.
Respond to urgent requests for translation support as needed.
