    About Your Client:

    Your client is an advanced digital fundraising platform for nonprofits that empowers everyday people to become effective fundraisers. Their platform offers the most immersive, connected, and well-designed fundraising experience, aiding numerous nonprofits like Children's Miracle Network Hospitals, American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, Covenant House, Doctors Without Borders, Muscular Dystrophy Association, and World Vision in raising billions of dollars over the past 25 years.

    Position Summary

    As a QA Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting your client's platform, collaborating closely with the Support and Product development teams.

    What You'll Be Doing

    • Become an expert on the platform and keep abreast of feature updates.
    • Identify software defects and document clear reproduction steps in JIRA.
    • Monitor and validate resolutions for defects and client requests.
    • Ensure the quality of defect resolutions pushed to production on a daily basis.
    • Conduct cross-browser/device testing for client website designs and new features.
    • Collaborate with Development and Design teams to uphold quality standards.
    • Assist in enhancing quality standards and procedures in collaboration with QA Manager, team members, and CTO.
    • Execute automated tests for common test cases.
    • Provide feedback on new feature requirements and create/executes test plans and cases.
    • Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning meetings, new feature releases, and maintenance windows.
    • Actively contribute to project and team meetings.
    • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement, collaboration enhancement, and knowledge sharing, and work with the team to implement solutions.

    • Proficiency in modern web browsers across desktop and mobile platforms (Windows, Mac, iOS, Android).
    • Familiarity with web application testing, SDLC, and testing best practices.
    • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and SQL.
    • Strong defect isolation skills with a focus on reproducibility.
    • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.

    Bonus Points

    • Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Selenium-based automated test frameworks, Zephyr, robot framework, and mobile app testing.

    Education and Experience

    • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience.
    • 2+ years of experience collaborating with web developers and designers, providing testing and design assurance, verification, and validation.
    • 1+ years of experience working with agile development methodologies.
