Our mission is to bring back the joy of care to medicine. We aim to empower physicians with the tools they need to improve both efficiency and efficacy, and to enhance patient outcomes by fostering greater trust and understanding between patients and their physicians.

What You'll Do

As a software engineer, you will expand our current product offerings to support new workflows and develop new products on our platform. You will work across the stack, deploying web services in Node.js or Python, building and enhancing React apps, defining and refining infrastructure in Terraform, and optimizing our databases.

Your Impact

• Lead and expedite the delivery of products and features.
• Build the next generation of applications and architecture for a system serving a growing customer base.
• Write high-quality code and tests using React, Node.js, Python, PostgreSQL, and Terraform.
• Develop products for state-of-the-art models that ingest conversations and generate summaries for thousands of real-life patient-physician interactions daily across iOS and web platforms, integrating with various EHR system vendors.
• Become an integral part of the team, working on core technology to delight doctors who rely on our system and help their patients receive the best care possible.
• Utilize the largest conversational healthcare dataset in the world to rethink healthcare.

Qualifications

• Experience building in high-growth settings.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to innovate under tight deadlines.
• Ability to move fast, work smart, and be thorough.
• Ability to work across the stack. Experience with at least one of the following technologies is required: React, Node.js, Python, PostgreSQL, Swift for iOS, and Terraform.

• Base Salary Range: $130,000 - $230,000 depending on level and experience.
